House Cleaning: frequently asked questions
How often should I book house cleaning?
Most homes do well with a clean every week or every 2 weeks. Weekly bookings get 15% off, every 2 weeks 10% off, and monthly 5% off.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. We'll sort out keys and access with you before the visit. For safety, give door codes in person or leave them with your guard or reception, not by message.
What's the difference between house cleaning and deep cleaning?
House cleaning keeps a clean home clean. Deep cleaning goes further: grout and tiles, behind and under furniture, baseboards, doors and switches. If it has been a while since your last clean, start with a deep clean.
How do I pay?
GCash, Maya or credit/debit card. You choose when you book, and we send the payment details with your confirmation. We don't accept cash.
